Hi there all! :D Have you ever saw some thing you want to buy on any korean web stores / websites but you can't order because you're not a citizen of S.Korea? Now you don't have to go through those issues again! With this new shopping service thisirony is bringing you, you're able to order any thing from any korean online sites without much hassles!
How it works: We'll be opening batch order(s) every twice a month so you can join and combine shipping with others. This will definitely save you a lot of shipping fee. ;) Orders will be sending over to our friend in Seoul, who'll then help us with ordering and sending us the package. When the package arrives in Singapore, we'll then distribute them to the respective buyers.

Q: Can I order from _____ website?
A: We can order anything from any korean websites.
Q: When can I place my order?
A: For overseas buyer, you can place your order(s) any point of time. But there's a minimum of 5 items per order required. As for Singapore buyers, please refer to the first post on the status of batch order(s).
Q: How long does it takes for me to receive my item(s)?
A: Different seller/shops will take different amount of time to mail out their item(s) to my friend's house in Seoul. Usually the expected waiting time for all items to be packed together by my friend is around 10 - 12 working days. It will take another 2 working days for the package to reach Singapore by EMS. (For overseas buyer, items will be mailed out to you directly from Korea once it arrives at my friend's house.)
Q: How do I order?
A: Browse through the websites, fill in the form given above and send it to our email account: thisirony@hotmail.com Payment has to be made within 24 hours of confirmation or your order will be voided.
Q: Why is the currency rate different from the actual ones?
A: The exchange rate is to cover the local bank's charges for telegraphic transfer to overseas bank and also their exchange rates are much lower than the actual one.
Q: Is there any discount for me?
A: There will be a slight discount rate given to orders with at least 15 items.
Q: What is Korean Domestic Shipping fee?
A: This fee is for the local delivery charge in Korea (where seller deliver the items to my friend).
Q: When you said that international buyers are required to have at least 5 items in their order, does that mean from one website or can it be from a bunch of different websites?
A: It can be from all different websites. But please note that each websites will charge a korean domestic shipping fee for orders less than 50,000 KWN.
Q: Is the exchange rate fixed?
A: No, the exchange rate will be revised everything a new batch order starts (for local buyers). As for the overseas buyer, we'll revise it when there's a need to.
