According to one of the dictionaries in the library it's a noun that means;

"An electronic device designed to accept data, perform prescribed mathematical and logical operations at high speed, and display the results of these operations."

But to me, it was just a city. No so much to U--humans.

No, technically you are. User is just...a general term for people who aren't just made out of Data. Like me. You're a User because you're 'flesh and blood'.
