I'll be a Dr. Who fanatic with you! I always wanted to at least watch it, because it seemed nerdy-cool (nool?) but I never got around to it...

Yay! I never got around to watching it until now...for some reason I thought it was a grown up show when I was a kid. The creepiest thing though is that when I mentioned it to my mom she got all excited and watched all the episodes with me. That came as a surprise.

Does the show really, REALLY hold up to the original? I watched it as a kid but haven't yet even seen more than a single picture from it (the one you posted).

Never seen the original, so couldn't say. But I'm sure if I was old like you (just teasing!) I'd be griping about how they'd ruined a timeless piece of television.

Either way, it's one of the better things I've watched in a while.
