 I never bake cookies anymore...
...because I'm too lazy to scoop or roll each one. Instead, I bake one giant cookie and stab a knife into it. If people don't want a giant cookie, they can cut off a little piece.

Toll House has those break apart cookie thingies. That's what I used for my students this week. What kind of cookies?

Yea, but to me the fun of baking is to start from scratch. The only things I bake that I don't start from scratch are brownies. (because really, how can you improve on them?)

Chocolate Chip. Super easy, and my recipe for them is delicious.
