AO3 help?

Hi! I used to have an account at AO3. Or at least, I thought I did. When I pull it up and try to log in, it fills in the name "bone" and the password with the right number of dots, but then it says there's no account, and neither the name "bone" nor either of the e-mail addresses I would have used comes up as valid, either
