I donated $10,000 to MIT today because I haven't done anything worthwhile with my money except buy... art and, uh, tell Pepper to get herself nice things, which she doesn't anyway. Between working in the shop with a few projects Jarvis keeps telling me are useless ways to keep avoiding press conferences, and handling world hunger, or, uh, world ( Read more... )

jarvis takes care of my shit, i need something to distract me, iron man will fuck you up, technological mumbo-jumbo, i tell the truth sometimes, superman is not my problem, tony stark is a bamf, saving the world is my problem, i built it in a cave

You could be using your fabulous wealth to get me drunk, Tony. Although tinkering with your machines and saving orphans is an acceptable use of your time, I suppose.

Shit- Okay, let's get on that. I have a one-track mind.

That was more for me than it was for you. You don't need to read it. But, yeah, thanks all the same, sweetheart.

Oh, I will.

Hard.

So in layman's terms this means...?

Layman's terms.

I'm bored. Avoiding Pepper. Jarvis pestering me. 3D Jarvis in the works, possibly. Time and energy. So bored. Yet, clearly busy. Superman's ass is going down.

Simple enough? Do I need to make it simpler?

No, no. That's fine.

I'm sorry you're bored. I'm kind of bored too. Just seems like that boring time of the day.

Might I take the liberty of reminding sir that, as no suitable demos exist for this level of volumetric display engineering, progress on the project is impeded until a 3D testing form is fabricated?

Good on you. That's something I glossed over. Y'think you could whip something up for me? Doesn't have to be anything special, Jarvis, just, I don't know, maybe a few lines of coding to get us started with the program. Are you... volunteering for the 3D testing form?

I am indeed, sir. It would be illogical to construct a form completely from scratch when applicable data is already available.

Right. That's you. Logical. Can you get the shop up and running? I'm going to nab a bite to eat and I'll be down as soon as possible to start constructing the modeling program. Don't get started on yourself without me.
