So I like don’t understand why this is taking so long. I feel like the first time went so much faster. Maybe my metabolism has slowed down because of last time but I’m not sure. I also haven’t had time to work out since I started because I’m so busy with school. I didn’t even go out on Saturday night because I have a paper due on Monday. I ( Read more... )

honestly and truthfully, sugar free red bull (10 cals, one can) keeps me going! i honestly recommend it. sometimes even cheaper than a latte. good luck w/ your homework-i know how that feels when you have no control over what you want to do and need to do.

Hey sweetie!
First- is that pic. really you? You look skinny as hell and beautiful! what was your weight there? Out of curiosity, you said "the first time was so much easier"- did you have to go into treatment and now you're working your way back down? I'm only asking 'cause that's what happened with me (twice now, actually!)....i'm currently trying to get rid of this hiddeous fucking weight they made me gain in the hospital.
about the coffee- i didn't think i could drink just strait coffee, either, but i've started to really like it. How i do it is: i just order regular coffee, and use a SHIT LOAD of splenda, and like, three tablespoons of soymilk. It's just enough to take that bite out of the coffee, but it's only about 8 calories for the dash of soymilk instead of the 140 for the latte. Try to train yourself to drink just strait coffee, 'cause the latte's will seriously add up :-) plain coffee's actually really yummy!
