i definitely agree that recognizing an unhealthy pattern in your life and relationships is the first step to improving yourself in the future. i was so happy that i took a certain ex's phone number out of my phone ... i wanted to drunk dial him on friday but couldn't because he wasn't in there ... that is a bad habit, but I couldn't purge it so I got over it. I was very relieved the next day! Phew! It takes time.. to let the recognition become a conscious effort, but your well on your way. :)
