 So can I just be in college forever? I mean, I'm trying to put together my schedule for next year and there are just SO many classes I want to take and SO many majors I want to fulfill and projects I want to do and I just LOVE the opportunities I have

As someone who spent 6 years on a Bachelors I have to advise against college forever. While it may sound like a good idea, the debt you run up tends to be overwhelming.

That being said, enjoy every bit of it that you can. Explore things that are interesting, figure out what you like, that IS what college is about.
