Sorry about the HRA thing...if it makes you feel any better ...um... i dont know how to do a hall program adn get my kids to attend regardless...they dont even properly attend hall meetings...

No worries, I think it's BS that they're charging people for the whole programming points thing. If you want to join on with some of my just let me know... I've got lots of ideas and could use your money... :)
