As-and-when I get a response, I'll edit this post with it.
Hi --

I can't find anywhere I can filter-out specific messages based on content. I would like to have the option of not seeing friends' Twitter microblog posts in my LJ friends page, but I can't see where to do this.

I would want to hide messages that have "shipped by LoudTwitter" in the final ( Read more... )

In the meantime you could ask your friends to lj-cut their tweets.

A friend of mine has a post that explains how.

I'd love all my friends to do that (it looks cool), and hopefully they occasionally still come to LJ and can see this thread as a request for them to lj-cut it.

But although I can ask each and every friend to do that, it would take every one of them to do so to remove all my tweet spam. I'm not confident that they know how to. For example, I'm seeing tweet spam that is supposed to be Twitter private messages, so the only real solution I can think-of is an LJ option to hide posts by content.

Perhaps someone with an account there needs to open a support call on LoudTwitter to add that header and footer for LJ exports by default. Any takers, friends-of-mine-who-are-using-LoudTwitter?
