you scare me sometimes. because most of the time people don't want to show the honest side of themself. just too afraid, or don't know how, like me. they don't want to cut themselves down the middle and flip open for you to see what is inside. what could possibly be everything that is real, and true, ugly, painful, secrets, things they wish to forget.
remember so long ago i asked if you saw 'moonlight mile'? 'it's the last 40 that counts'.
maybe you see the last 40.

i was looking around as people tend to do,
and i saw that you were friends with kristi & ariela,
and then saw your photos,
and was wondering if you would like to befriend one another,
mostly because i'm in philly for the summer
& somewhat (very) lonesome because i don't know anybody
& am feeling very afraid of this city that i don't know so well.
