"Diiiiinnner is served!" said the door, which was not quite accurate as dinner was in fact on the other side of it and taking up pretty much all of Francine's available door-opening arms. And also Francine said it, not the door.

If the door started talking Katchoo was going to kick it down.

Which was not what she was doing. No, that was actually opening the door, sketchbook set aside for now, and making a move to help relieve Francine of some of the aforementioned dinner.

Clocky beeped derisively, as if to say she'd deserve it for all the paper ball flinging.
