I am having a slow morning today. In fact, so slow that the morning is almost over. So a quick update and then I'm off.
28. If you could change a decision you made in your past, what would it be and how would it change your life?
I honestly wouldn't want to change my life. Any big decision I can think of that I could have made differently, big enough to have changed my life, would have thrown so many things into uncertainty. Would I have met DJ? Would I have travelled as much as I have, if that was the case? Would I have taken up the first, let alone the second career I enjoyed? Would I even be here now? No, I don't want to change any of my past decisions - that would put too many of the things I've loved and valued in my life into jeopardy.
29. What was your favourite subject in school?
That was such a long time ago. Can I remember? Given that life since has probably changed so many of those memories... I did enjoy the sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Human Biology) which we studied as separate subjects. Geography was interesting. I enjoyed English Language because I got to write stories. English Literature was not so good, but that was because of the selected set texts in my year. Maths was not a favourite, but was compulsory. History had potential but was not done very well back in the 70s so I didn't continue it beyond age 13. Not sure how it's taught these days. Languages and PE also didn't survive the subject choice exercise in my case *g*
