My mac arrived!

Up side: They accidentally put 3 gigs of ram in it instead of 2.

Down side: The AC adaptor is busted so I can't plug it in or charge the battery :\

Yea for Mac! Boo for not being able to charge and use it, though. How long before they send a replacement?

Lucky for me there's a local mac store. They called Apple and got the replacement shipped next-day and then gave me a loaner for the mean time.

... and I should say while I'm *technically* going mac, it's more faux mac - I'm installing Linux on it as I type :-)

Aww :X you should have stuck with a HP.

Not only am I living in China now, where everything is cheap. I am working for HP, so I could have gotten you a HP laptop ultra-cheap.
