In canon is Diana immortal or do they not know whether her half-mortal side makes her susceptible to mortals? (I remember loads of discussions when Xena was on, since there was a lot of indication that she was Ares' daughter, about whether a mortal could kill her.)

I think all the Amazons have eternal youth, but that doesn't mean they can't be killed. Presumably Diana can be killed in the comics, though to my knowledge she hasn't been. I don't know. If she were truly indestructible, I guess there wouldn't be any need for her to deflect bullets with her gauntlets; she could just let them bounce off whatever body part they happened to hit.

Maybe Diana has some of the powers of a god but she's not an actual god like Ares?
