Give them water and string cheese.

Water and string cheese! I love it. Annie overloaded on string cheese at preschool. She won't touch the stuff now.

I ate lunch with Annie today and got to see the choices the children were offered. They could either have pigs in blankets or ham and cheese hoagies (bread looked like whole wheat) and on the side were baked potato slices and fresh, sliced apples. There were no cookies, but they do have a chocolate milk option and apple or orange juice. It didn't seem too bad. Even so, Annie brings her lunch. It is a lot of work for me, but I make her a hot lunch everyday. I can't risk her getting tomatoes. She hasn't outgrown this annoying allergy.
