...Seems like newcomers are coming a lot. Does that mean Silent Hill is getting stronger or... something?

I have come here from The dance academy at Kinkantown.

I had read your writing and I merely wished to point out that the sirens are still very much here, in this place.

They sounded just before night fell.

That was several days ago now, I think.

Were there always so many strange animals in this place? I mean, I guess we have plenty of unusual things in Kinkantown too, but not like this.

Yeah, I've noticed that one guy on the network. There's something about him that unnerves me, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Yeah, a couple of them are... off.

But I don't want to be judgmental, either, you know. And I definitely don't want to have to be shooting other people.

Sometimes we have to be judgmental to a point. I don't want to shoot anyone either, but that guy Cyrus, if you meet him be careful.

There's something about his personality that's like so many of the killers I've arrested.
