[OOC] Permission post!!!
Permissions 1:
As any Baccano! fans will tell you, Claire is...kind of a godmod. Unless you're on par, stronger than him or only slightly weaker than him, most, if not all of your attacks will get dodged beautifully.
According to the 1933 synopsis on TV tropes, Christopher has (so far) been the only one to land anything on him. Even if getting shot in the shoulder was a fluke, he still managed to knee him in the chin. In 1934, the former Felix Walken managed to grab him by his ankles. But after Claire finally got him to let him go by hooking his finger in his mouth, he righted himself rather quickly.
Word of God even states that Claire's the strongest character in Baccano! and second strongest in the verse followed by Shizuo (Who almost ties with him despite being from 80-some-odd years in the future and Japanese.) and Ronnie (Reality warping > Psychical strength apparently.). Even so, the only characters that beat all three of them out are a sentient black hole and a human monster that's only purpose in life is to be the strongest from a completely different series outside of the verse.
This thread is here so people can give permission to have their characters semi-godmoded or if you have any issues with it. Now NOT ALL CHARACTERS NEED TO DO THIS. Only those that fall within his usual targets and only if they're planning on fighting him/getting on his bad side anytime soon. This guy's pretty lazy unless he's on the job, someone challenges him, someone does something to set him off such as hurt one of his loved ones (especially Chane) or he knows someone has done something bad and they need to witness his warped sense of justice first hand.

Okay with the latest chapter of the Slash translated I should probably do this. Also this part is mandatory.
Apparently Claire can pretty much read what a person's thinking by looking at them. This is evident with Chane and their sorta psychic connection and this following exchange with Dallas:
"Well, I guess I should say, you are hiding something. Trust me, pal, I know! But it doesn't matter to me."
Truth be told, Dallas was hiding so many somethings that even he had no idea as to which something Felix meant. The sudden inquiry only knocked him further off kilter, so much so that he actually opened his mouth and said, "How did you know?"
Dallas didn't have the faintest idea which of his secrets Felix might know, but he decided to at least acknowledge that Felix knew something, if nothing else.
He sat and stewed, waiting for Felix's reply, unable to predict that that reply might be.
"Hmm? Gut feeling, I guess. Or maybe I can just tell by looking in your eyes. Actually, it's kinda hard to think of a good word for it now that I actually try to tell someone about it. But I guess if I had to express it in words, what I'd say would be..."
Felix paused, briefly searching for the proper words... and finally came up with something that would have sounded more at home coming from the mouth of a fairy tale wizard.
"For me, anything's possible."
To be fair, the moment that Dallas saw him lurking in the shadows he was stricken with fright. Everyone that's seen the anime knows Dallas isn't very good at hiding when he's peeing his pants...so all of it could also be chalked up to a lot of things. Like Claire actually being an Empath mixed with Dallas' inability to hide his emotions.
With that said....
