this is how nervous public speaking makes me: I was practicing my speech in the mirror, per my instructor's suggestion, and had to pause to go throw up.

hahahaha yeah i'm the same way. i get so nervous that i studder there is no way i could get up in fornt of a bunch of people and speak.
