at first they gave me panic attacks. every dream i had about him he flaunted his relationship and love for colby (yes, thats her name). Id wake up sobbing and freaking out. but the last two days my dreams with him have been...odd. ive dreamed about him talking about how how loves her and she means so much to him, which hurts, but then he turns

sucks doesn't it??...i used to wake up with the taste of someone i missed on my lips..it made me want to ram my face into a wall.
it will pass when you let go..unfortunately it's nothing you can force.

i wish i could force it. i cant function. this is all becoming too much. my shrink wants me to go on anti-depressants with something in it that will help with my anxiety. i blame bill. before he ruined me i could funtion with my problems. now i cant go out without figuring out where i can run away to in case of a panic attack. ridiculous!

it just takes time..and you to realize that it wont help and it isn't worth it..but not your brain..more like your heart..it's easy to reason inside your own head and still not get it..haha
