Stupid LJ question

Is there a way to search your own journal by keyword? This seems like a basic requirement, but I cant find anything offhand.

ljseek.com

However, it only searches public entries.

I've heard rumor that search was coming to LJ itself, but it's still not present.

I'm floored. Ummm... is it just me, or does this seem like a REALLY basic requirement?

Well, yah.

But remember, LJ was written by originally amateurs. They originally had a search IIRC, but it didn't scale well. So it was removed.

I remembered one other solution. I downloaded one of the LJ backup clients and periodically it grabs my entries. Google Desktop indexes the hell out of them and I can search that way.
