Push Ups!

Okay, so for the past few months I've been attempting to get in the habit of doing pushups ever other day to try to increase my upper body strength (still too intimidated to use the machines at the ARC!). 1) Intimated to use the machines? First of all, don't be. And second of all, machines are crap, and they're for people who can't trust their own muscles.

2) That program is interesting...but isn't it basically just doing more and more pushups every day? Am I missing a component? Let me know when you make it to 100...that's AMAZING!

Yeah, its basically just increasing the # of pushups every day. But I do better with explicit plans like this :)
