Why "crappy?"

I have worked for a large corportation for over 4 years...and now I have an issue of being employed at my specific location. I am not a happy camper! Thanks for your concern...I hope everything will work out. I long for peace! The song I was listening to (Speaking Peace by Rosenberg) is actually not a song. It is a book on CD teaching how to communicate with self and others regarding problems. The book is actually titled, Speaking Peace (Connecting with Others through Nonviolent Communication). Keep me in your thoughts as I walk through this issue.
