i watched my grandfather die in 11th grade...it was an 11 month process, one of the hardest things I have ever gone through...

yeah dude...my grandpa had a stroke when i was 10. hes still alive, but he died. its hard as hell watching a man that had a shitload to do with raising me fumble around with who i am. i dunno, sometimes it seems like nothing goes your way. i go thru 3 or so months at a time wondering if shit is really worth going through. but its a fucking snowball effect. the worse you let yourself feel every day, the more you look at the negative side of everything. just gotta dig yourself out of that hole. i could write a three-point enumeration on this topic, but i gotta save something for my scream-o songwriting career.

Hey Rett....I haven't been on livejournal in practically forever and I know that its been a long while since we have talked but I just wanted to drop a line and say that I hope things are going good for you & that no matter how hard things are sometimes there are brighter days.
