Saturday we all went out to the country with 37 hawks and owls ready to be released. There has been a documentary being filmed by a very prominent photo journalist who came along for the ride.

I released a few guys.. but this one in particular was special.

His name is Dante:

I wanted to post a video but my camera crapped out on the way to the release site. I was SO disappointed. So I had to use still images.. I didn't want to miss a thing.

I'll be sure to note when the documentary comes out. I have confidence that the guy working on it will do VERY well. He's done Baghdad, and Darfur, as well as National Geographic. But there is NO guarantee that I won't be making idiotic faces... I have a knack for that. :D
