It has been so hot here. The temperature has been between 101 and 104, daily. At night, it's in the 90's. The air conditioner in my car went out last month and it has been unbearable. Everyone seems to be on edge. Patients are down right mean. We have seen an increase in abuse exams. I need a vacation, somewhere cold. Bring on the snow!
