iPhone 5 (and other iOS devices) FAQ - 2012

So, I finally got around to picking up the iPhone 5, and my iPhone related posts, whilst still relevant (a surprising number of apps are still existent and updated, and the security tips are still good), need a bit of updating. This is pretty much just going to be a random collection of new stuff that I happen to have opinions about. Some of it is

I haven't really had a problem with the iOS 6 map application yet. Everything I've tried with it has worked out relatively well.

*nodnod* I still use it, and most of the time it's good - I just have to keep an eye out for when it gives me a "middle of the street" mapref instead of a street number. It does say that's what it's doing, I just didn't read it. :-)

Headphone shape to actually fit the crazy variety of ear canals out there is a pretty damn hard problem, I think. :-) These definitely fit more different ear canal shapes than most, but I guess still not everyone. No luck with trying different insertion orientations, I take it?
