re: the foot have you guys got a medical supply place close to you? you could get one of those "boots" to put on your foot that keeps your foot cushioned, and the ankle from going directions it shouldn't.... barring sitting for long periods of time in any health office, for them to tell you to "stay off it", that's prolly the best thing you could do for it....
at any rate, good luck with it, and i sure hope you get to enjoy some of your days off!!! {{{hugs}}}
*I think the first thing i need to do is the buy some new shoes. I'm noticing that the sneakers i usually wear are showing some weird wear patterns. I don't know if the shoes are causing the goot prob, or if the foot is causing the shoe prob.
*grr*
I have an 'air cast' thing that i wear when it's really, really bad... but it's tough to be on my feet for 11-12 hrs at a time in that thing.
i have weird wear patterns on all my sneakers 'cos i have such flat feet.... back when i was delivering 'zzas alla time, one doc told me to go get those neoprene-like shoe inserts... they were around $15 {back then!}, but he said they were the same kinda material they used for injured race horses... *LOL*
