I think my garbage disposal is broken, or it leaks and I can't figure out why. (This is a lot like everything else going on in my life right now.) Is it just August though?

I got the LJ email about the post and wouldn't you know it I actually had to check DW if you had one (d'uh, we connected there, I don't use it much...I should). I know you post mostly on tumblr these days. I read you.

I do have a DW, but I never remember to crosspost to it. I should get one of those scripts that do it for me automatically. I should get back to posting to LJ; posting on tumblr is easy, but there's no writing involved. What's your name on tumblr? I am really bad at recognizing people if they have different handles on platforms! (Edit: if we have already talked about this om tumblr, forgive me; I also lose track of people on multiple platforms really easily.)

Yeah, we are definitely in the dog days of summer.

I think LJ has very much met its demise though, there's still a few communities that didn't make the move over to DW or elsewhere, but it's definitely the minority. I haven't checked my flist in forever, I simply got the automated LJ Email about your post because 'you hadn't posted in a while'.

Oh I don't have tumblr. Well no that's not true I do have tumblr but I don't use that tumblr in that it's practically defunct, I read tumblr exclusively on RSS, because it's way way way too exhausting for me.
