I'm so glad yah like the tattoo. I still think you should get it on your shoulder/upper arm instead'a your back - what's the point of getting a tat for you where you can't see it?

Gift ideas: get your boys books. Yeah, they can't read RIGHT NOW, but you and J can read TO them; for bedtime, or as a reward, post-homework, after dinner, rainy day, etc. I'd suggest collections of short stories like fairy tales, A.A. Milne or Shel Silverstein, knights of the round table, stuff like that. Getting your boys interested in stories before they can read gives them an incentive to learn to read, and it's another Good Thing To Do with your kids, so it's totally win-win.

Books are also good for grownups, but grownups are harder to shop for. *cough* I confess my default gift for any occasion is usually a book of some kind. But then, I'm a book fiend myself. SO I am definitely biased.
