Being forgotten is the lousiest feeling, I'm sorry. I doubt calling attention to it'll get you very far, though, but that may be just me. Hmm. Start some more things for them! Or look elsewhere and start things for people who can actually appreciate it?

Look at it this way: you were there before any of them, so your castmates probably apped into the crew to play with you. Therefore, you brought the awesome. Even if you don't get credit for it, it's still a pretty cool thing.

... yeah, okay, that's not very helpful. I've never given this sort of thing much thought. You're still having fun with your character, right?

it makes me sad to realize that all the good times i'm having now won't last forever. and the new name i've built for myself on lj will be shattered because i have this sinking feeling that everything i've worked towards to enjoy myself will fall apart.

i escaped one name to move on with that part of my past. now i'm here and happy but still afraid that my past will come to haunt me again.

I don't think a lot of things last forever. Just... enjoy it while you can and keep an eye out for things coming to haunt you, see if you can tamp them down and make sure it blows over quietly if it does have to come to light at all? Don't let it spoil your now -- that would suck.

everything seems pretty stable now it's just the nagging feeling i have that bothers me...

of course i'll enjoy myself though. there wouldn't be a point to returning to eljay if i didn't intend to have fun

There's not a lot to do aside from watching out, though, right? Just ignore it. I don't think a lot of people like to go digging around when it's not directly relevant to them, so unless your history is the type to come haring after you, it seems safe enough to let it lie.
