1. Rufus is funny. Who knew?
2. Lamia live in Africa. Not Greece. They were written about by the Greeks. Who had heard that they were monsters that lived in Africa. Not Greece. I want to say Syria, specifically, but the one source I've had a chance to glance at just says "Africa," so I might be making that up. Whatever. Not Greece.
