What the fuck was that trying to turn the wrong way down the one-way street, when the fucking sign's right there in front of you, and I'm coming up the right way so I can go to class?  There wasn't any snow falling, I pointed out the sign, and yet you still persisted in your stupid blatant law-breaking, in hazardous driving conditions nonetheless,

Next time? Get her license. Call the local police department, tell them what you saw and tell them you think she's drunk/saw her weaving/saw her almost hit kids. Hilarity will ensue, this is a tested method. :D
