Many thanks. I'm supposed to go get her two weekends from now--kill two birds with one stone (the other bird being bringing my other sister home for the summer from the dorms). Right now I'm looking at tentative places for just the two of us, plus the cat and bird. I like the house I've been living in for nearly the past two years, but given as how all the rooms are filled, and most of the other people living there are late night/bar people, I figure it's not the most optimum place for my sister to be couch surfing the whole time I have her, you know? Once that's accomplished, I think I might delve more seriously in looking at grad school programs--I feel that I feel most... optimistic, we might say, when I am contemplating escape routes (e.g., new place, school plans), haha.

She's stoked I think. She texted me yesterday at like 9:30 in the morning with the message "good morning mom!" ^^
