Just finished kegging the Belgian Triple, SG 1.020. It is a bit shy of the 8.5-9% ABV it should have reached, it only made it to 8.2%. Not bad for the 80° F plus weather we had last week. Awesome. Your description of Abbey Ale is right on. Legend has it that I start to believe in God while drinking it. (Which would have to be cured with "Blasphemer Holiday Ale"?)
