Feeling the way I look

People keep telling me I look tired. Which oddly enough makes me feel tired or maybe I feel they are giving me permission to actually be tired. The crazy thing is I am getting pretty good sleep at the moment, and other than that I can't see much else in my life changing in any way. Haven't been eating a lot of fruit etc but then haven't been eating

No generally when people tell me I look fabulous I think they are lying or that they require something from me. Not a good attitude I know.
