I love my cousins.  I had the best time with them, especially Sarah, mostly because she's my age.  We kept busy from Wednesday until today (Sunday) and had fun consistently.  I met Sarah's boyfriend, and...he gets the seal of approval and then some.  He's the kind of guy I'd want as a close friend, and I haven't met too many like that.  I pulled a ( Read more... )

Glad to hear you had such a great time! Yay for being happy!
You get instrument-lust too? If I had the money I'd probably buy a guitar, even though I know nothing about them. I really don't know how to explain that...maybe it's the potential of music even if you can't, at the moment, play an instrument?

Yes, instruments hold so much potential. You know that they are responsible for the greatness that is music, and what could be more desirable than owning the means of creating such beautiful sound?

My word of instrument (good crap, can you believe I just spelled that word WRONG about 6 times?!) advice: if you see one you like, yet don't have enough money to actually purchase it, DO NOT GIVE IT A NAME.

Than again, I could just be weird for naming things. That happened to be when I spotted Sam (my electric guitar). I could not eat/sleep/focus without it. It is my precious.

I didn't name anything, but thanks for advising me. I will certainly keep that in mind. I don't want to end up all creepy like you. I say that with love.

I wouldn't mind venturing to UTM with you. I do work most days this week, but friday i'm free. But if that's too late for you I understand we venture on campus together another time.

Friday sounds good to me! I just need to figure out how I access this university account my dad set up. I'd like to be able to purchase my books without Mommy or Daddy.
