Ah, perfect timing

I have to leave very soon for my drama exam. I got my period this morning. Normally, that's no biggie. But of course, this time it's hell. The pain - I can't even begin to describe the pain. Then there are the accompanying aches and shivers, and the inability to keep food down. I want to curl up into a ball and rock myself gently to sleep. I ( Read more... )

I can't believe that I'm saying this but: I wish I had my period now. O_o

Perhaps it would be easier to take if this happened every month, but it doesn't.

Same here! I know it's just WAITING until my first day of school and then it will strike with a vengeance. I'm thinking I should maybe go on the pill just so I can have a REGULAR period schedule because I never know when mine is coming and it's very frustrating. >.<

But GOOD LUCK! I know the pain. Oh LORD I know the pain. *psychic no-touchy hug*

Actually, I meant that the pain doesn't attack me every month. I get it every month, but it's nice. Well, as nice as it can be.

So, I suppose you can start hating me for that. And the pain has almost vanished now. But...heh. I almost didn't write my exam.

Thanks for your empathy.

Oh, good luck Jodi! I can sympathise with your agony. Periods are one of the only bad things about being a girl, in my opinion. I usually look upon not getting one every month as a good thing...but then I know that it comes back with 3 times the ferocity for having missed a few turns. Rrrgh. I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you, Vicky! Refer to my comment to Jessie to clear up the misunderstanding. And yes, I must tell you about my quest around the South Building. I hate any sort of beureaucracy.

My solution to the pain is Motrin or Alieve... they both work better than Tylonol or Advil for me. And Hot water bottles and/or heating pads are my best friends. Just for future reference.
The South Building is evil and confusing... making it double evil. I hope your exam went well.
