After much growling, cursing, and pulling my hair out I finally got my old PDA to sync up with my computer. I'm still not sure what I did to finally succeed so I hope I don't have to do this again. We have a blizzard here in Ohio. I hope the weather isn't as bad where you are. Chicago? If I remember correctly.

BTW, you're the first grandmother I've met who is into gaming and anime. Of course, I *am* a grandfather, but I'll be damned if I will let that make me old. Miyazaki is my current obsession. I'm slowly branching out into others. Slowly. If you have any recommendations, I would be most appreciative.

Yep, I'm in Chicago, and nope there's no blizzard here....thankfully! But it is cold. Brrr. Where's the heat? I can't wait for a heat wave of 50 degrees at least ( ... )

Nice rose. I seem to think sometime in the distant past I might have occasionally drawn a vague semblance of a rose for some reason, but yours is way nicer. But of course, I'm a writer, not an illustrator.

I'm not an illustrator either. I'm still not comfortable drawing. And I think I suck at it, plus I constantly have to look at pictures for reference. I look forward to someday drawing from my imagination. That would be so cool!

Now, writing is a different story. I feel comfortable writing. Guess that's why I love it so much. :D
