This blog was never really intended for public consumption, it resided on a private server and was more of a dumping ground for me to remind myself what I've been through - I write to remember - but I recently decided that I might put it in a more public forum like LJ to see if I could reach some like-minded people, make a few friends, have a laugh

Sorry about that. I converted my old wiki-based blog from thc.frognet.net to LJ in one night, but I didn't think anyone would notice because I back-dated them all to the day that I actually wrote them. Christine has prompted me to use LJ instead because I could meet some new people and stuff, so that might be cool, check out some groups and whatnot.

Amen. And I say that not as a religious person, I just think it summarized a point. If you can't handle what I have to say then go elsewhere. It's as simple as that. But bear in mind that I have witnesses, people I know in "real life" that read my posts and will treat me differently based on them, so on one hand I feel like I have free reign to say whatever comes to mind the more introverted side of me thinks that everyone who reads this will judge me and I don't want that so I should just stop writing now.

Fuck that. I write to remember, and I could give fuck all what people think about it, it's not for them, it's not for you, it's for me, to expunge, to expel, to have that cathartic feeling of release that I feel when I've written something biting and gritty and real.

And real.
