ugh. Sucks to hear about all the bad things that have been happening.
But the good things, DOGGIE, hot girlfriend with a good job that loves you...those are pretty awesome.
This was a really, really weird year for a lot of people. My friends are breaking up with long time significant others (me included) friends are getting engaged, pregnant etc...just the most random transformation of a year.

2010 is going to rule.
Also if you're interested in working with teenagers/kids/adults/old people with psychological disorders, I suggest you apply at my company. They are always hiring at one of their residential programs because a lot of people think they are cut out for this kind of work and realize they aren't and leave. Let me know if you're interested. I've worked here for a year and I absolutely love it.
