Well first we need nude pics of you to determine what would work best. I would suggest things like Kilts or Sarongs.

Utilikilts don't work so well beyond a certain waist size. It increases the chance of exposure to the rest of the world when you bend over.

Of course when I get thin enough I'm getting one, and thinking of going commando-style.

It's only a 3rd leg if it goes all the way to the ground. And if that's the case you have bigger problems than your choice of clothing.
