You guys! TIM TEBOW WENT IN THE FIRST ROUND OF THE NFL DRAFT! TO DENVER! AS A QB! EEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! I think I may very well finally become a fan of pro football as well as college (or more accurately, SEC) football. ;) But anyway: yaaaaay Timmy!

I was really hoping that he'd be around for the Bills because they were very interested in him in the 2nd (figured he would be there with Clausen and McCoy going first)

I'm not sure I can bring myself to be a Broncos fan just for Tim....but I can still be an "OMG HE'S SO HOT" fan, right?

See, I don't really know anything about pro football at this point and thus didn't have a preference. I am just psyched he went in the first round and as a QB, which people kept saying probably wasn't gonna happen. And Denver's my mom's favorite team from when she lived in Montana, so I'm excited we'll have that in common now. And hey--his colors will still be orange and blue! All in all I am pretty pleased.

The only problem with him getting drafted to the Broncos is that he's gonna start the season #3 on the depth chart....we'll get lots of shots of his face, but very few shots of his ass whilst he's playing :'(

I am not a Tebow fan (I didn't care one way or the other, but the superbowl commercial raised my political hackles) or an SEC fan, but I'm glad that you're excited about it.:) It's always great to root for people you care about in the games.

My cousin was a first round draft pick (a million years ago when he and I were still young) as a DE. It's been really fun to watch him play in the NFL - especially when he does stupid, defensive line poses and acts like an idiot in the fluffy ESPN interviews.

Thanks! Yeah, to be honest I only enjoy sports when I care about the players, which is, uh, usually just because they're playing for my school. I've never followed Florida players in the NFL, but I have a feeling Tebow will be the exception for a lot of people here, 'cause we do love him. :)
