That's a bummer that you had to drop Hot Mess Press, but maybe it's an idea that you can come back to when the time is right. Or maybe it will help lead you to a new and better idea.

Thank you! I know, a lot of my f'list is on Twitter now, which is great. I have missed LJ, though.

I feel that having that project gave me more initiative and confidence to apply for the job I have now, so in that way HMP has already done so much for me!

That'd be great, I appreciate it! I love the work I do and am curious about what a similar job is like outside of publishing.

Hiya, Bee! Thanks. :) I still haven't figured out Tumblr and Pinterest beyond the fact that they have pretty pictures, but I admit I do spend more time on Twitter these days because it's so easy.

You know, I'm excited Timmy and I live in the same city once more, but I'm already sick of all the hate New Yorkers are throwing his way. It's not like he asked for this; he'd have been much happier to go to a Florida team, I'm sure. We'll see how it goes, though! It will be nice to be able to watch all the games.

Anyway, congrats again on finishing cave!pilots! Can't wait to go back and just take it all in again... I'm excited that it's made you feel more at peace with The Great Betrayal.

Congratulations on the move! I'm sorry to hear that Hot Mess Press didn't become a reality in your life, but it sounds like everything is going swimmingly regardless, so huge kudos.

Life for me is much the same, except that my brain has been eaten by an original story that circumstance keeps interrupting my progress on. But otherwise, kid + volunteering + writing + crafting + dancing = Still My Existence.
