Sorry that happened; I know how you feel. I think you should stick around and try the transportation stuff, at least until the lease is up.

I think this is a very common problem. A lot of people find that when their passion turns into a job, they shut down and start resenting it. :(

It's good you have a plan though! It is really nice getting to craft as a hobby rather than feeling obligated to do it- don't feel like going to the shop for a few weeks? Then don't! Have this crazy urge to stay up til 4 in the morning making yourself something awesome? Go for it! It's all good, yo.

By removing restrictions from your muse, you might find you're on "fire" when you decide you feel in the mood to create again. :) G'luck!

Sounds like you have a very good understanding of yourself and your situation. With that in mind, you have put a good plan in place.

Wherever the journey takes you, I hope you can regain the joy you find in woodworking. I'm not in the target audience for your business, but you do beautiful work.

I know one thing that you were wanting and lacking in Colorado was further involvement in the AB community. If you return to Colorado on the one paw you may be able to hang with friends out there but on the other paw will be further away from the events and scope of that community you want to be so much apart of.

I think finding respectable work out east will still allow you to join some AB faction where you can get your nurturing or whatnot and allow you to stay amongst your friends out there.

Hi T- bear, I think its all about self preservation and IF that is what you have to do then THAT is what you have to do. Again we are still hiring here if you do come home to Colorado and you have a CDL. Also just let me know if I can do anything for you including References. Take care. - Todd
