Diving too deep

When I first got my job, I threw myself into it and worked every available hour that was offered to me.  I ended up with 62 hours each of my first two weeks, 44 my third, and on track for 54 this week.  That's not unusual since virtually every staff member on the payroll works at least that much, if not more.
