Well, so much for emotional mastery. Had my first mood episode since September. It only lasted a few hours but that was a few hours longer than it should have been. Ended up posting some harsh words on Twitter and alienating some of the people who helped me most. In the words of Alan Parsons Project: "There's always one more mountain left to climb
