Well I made it through two days with no caffeine. The worst was prolly this morning, but it hasn't been all that bad. I think one more day and I have it beat. I have, however drank 2 gallons of water both Monday and Tuesday, so, I guess that's good ( Read more... )

If you get the kind that's swimming in its own juices, you'll want to thoroughly drain it before cooking. Usually this can be done by wrapping it in a million paper towels and putting a weight on it. Or buy 'Pete's' brand which is pre-drained and very tasty. Tofu has a subtle taste so it really depends on what you cook with it... sometimes I'll cube it, marinate it for a while, then toss it with flour and fry it; sometimes I just toss it in with whatever. It's good with scrambled eggs, too, if you're into that.

I don't think that I am very proud of it though.. that means i am completely inadequate when it comes to 'normal' communication..
