We are trying to reach out to as many people as possible as quickly as possible. While my membership to a zillion WK Yahoo groups is pending, I'm seeking other avenues of getting the word out. I'll send Meghan a message once I've had enough tea to figure out how to contact her. :-) I'm planning to have a pavilion on the field, my usual booth / fighter shade, and a list table can join in too. Shenanigans may occur.

GS and I have sent an email to Megan offering space on our sunshade for lists.
